- All deliveries, including messenger and food deliveries are to be made from the Hope Street entrance only. All messengers and delivery personnel are to sign in and sign out with the Security Officer located in the ground floor lobby.
- A Tenant representative must be present to accept all deliveries.
- Building Management personnel, including security and engineering are not authorized to accept any delivery on behalf of a tenant.
- Building Management personnel, including security and engineering, have the right to deny access to any unauthorized delivery personnel.
- Motorized pallet jacks are not permitted in the building tower.
- Holding or delaying the elevator doors or depressing the “Stop” button is not allowed.
- All oversized deliveries including deliveries of furniture, boxes and large amounts of business equipment exceeding one load into or out of the building, must be pre-arranged with Building Management at least 24-hours in advance. Please call (213) 362-0550 for additional information.
