In order to control access to 617 West 7th Street, the property is equipped with a cardkey access system at the front doors, loading dock doors located on Hope Street as well as on the five (5) passenger and one (1) freight elevators. Cardkeys are required for access into the front lobby doors after-hours on Monday through Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. as well as 24-hours on weekends and holidays. The Hope Street loading dock doors are always secured and require a cardkey 24/7 for access. The passenger elevators are always locked down, and an employee’s cardkey will only provide access to the specific floor(s) programmed to his/her card. In addition, the freight elevator is always locked down and requires special programming for access.
In preparation for move-in, Building Management will program individual, non-transferrable cardkeys with a photo ID to each employee. The following information will need to be provided for the cardkey to be issued:
- Company Name
- First Name
- Last Name
- Head Shot Photo
There is no cost for the initial cardkeys, but once the tenant has moved-in, the cost for replacement cards and cardkeys for additional employees is $25.00, non-refundable. After move-in, all cardkey requests (additions, changes, deletions) must be made utilizing the building work order system.
It is each tenant’s responsibility to notify Building Management of necessary name changes, additions or deletions. Please allow 48-hours’ notice for any changes.
