2nd Floor Lounge and Patio
- The 2nd floor Lounge and Patio underwent a major renovation in 2021. The Lounge includes a new layout with kitchenette, banquette seating, DirecTV and foosball table. The Patio includes various areas of outdoor seating and lounging that would allow for perfect casual lunches or business meetings. Both the lounge and courtyard allow for a safe and comfortable environment for the tenants to “Hangout” during the business day.
- Both the Lounge and Courtyard may be reserved for after-hour tenant events. Please contact Building Management with questions.
2nd Floor Executive Conference Room
- The Conference Room underwent a major renovation in 2021 as well. It includes seating for twelve (12) individuals with tables that could be rearranged based on your meeting needs, a television with HDMI access for tenant provided laptop capabilities, a full length white board, acoustic ceiling panels to mitigate sound and a pin-up wall. Free Wifi is also available.
- Reservations are free of charge and can be made by authorized employees using the building work order system. Only employees with authorization from their company can place a work order. For more information, please contact Building Management at (213) 362-0550.
